Jason AKA DJ Fayder is a veteran open Format DJ from Halifax, NS celebrating 29 years in the business. As a teen in the 90’s he began at Mega Sounds DJ Services assisting as DJ at school dances, banquets and weddings around the HRM.

Soon after that, cosmic bowling was the latest craze and you could find him spinning the latest radio friendly hits at Fairlanes in Halifax every weekend.

Upon coming of age, Jason went on to successfully DJ the nightclub scene in downtown Halifax and held a residency at a number of the hottest local spots: The Palace, Jerry's Pub, JJ’s, The Party House, 5171, Captain Eli’s and others.

For the decade that followed, Jason went on to sail the high seas as a Pro DJ for Carnival Cruise Lines with their “Carnival 2.0” entertainment program, having lots of fun and rocking a diverse dance floor from all across North America.

Most recently, after a long affair with the sea, Jason has returned to his roots in Nova Scotia and you can find him DJ'ing private events, hosting pub games or planning his next big party.
